Our parish is a target for housing and economic growth: 

 South Somerset has just issued a  “Call for New Development Sites 2020”

Inviting landowners to submit additional new sites for housing and economic development with the indications being that more than 70 new houses are to be built in our Plan area

The issues are real

Our Neighbourhood Plan is the only way to influence the Council so you need to return your surveys now !
